Why does the US need to help Israel with Iran? Israel has everything it needs to "remove"

Iran if needed. No doubt about it. Netanyahu did say on October 8, 2023 the Israeli response to the October 7 attack would change the Middle East. I believe Netanyahu is a man of his word. Take it to them Bibi and tell Joey to stay out of it.
Does Joey want to help Israel now because he needs the Jewish vote, US in a war to show off his "war time" commander skills, or because the Military Industrial Complex needs to sell some more sophistication to the Middle East? Which is it?

As much debt as the United States is in and as much strife as we have going on in our own country, I think the focus needs to be here and not in endless regional wars

I am and I do not believe that. If it’s in our national interest to have good relations with Israel then we should. The same goes for any other Middle East country that brings value to our alliance. We can have good relations without being involved in their conflicts. As far as war, that is really not our business. We should stay out of Ukraine as well.

You are 100% correct. Our streets should be paved of gold with that much debt, but the warmongers in DC have kept us in a series of forever wars.
The US' self appointed policeman status can't end soon enough, it is no longer a force for good in the world and the cost is unbearable.

Iran would have already attacked Isreal if not for the relationship between Israel and the United States. If they attack Isreal the United States will launch a strike, knowing that our country would be the next target.
