Not sure how you’re not getting it, if you know about communism then you’re familiar with Karl Marx’s teachings.
I'm disagreeing with the whole premise that people hate rich people because of Karl Marx.
I think if Karl Marx was never born, people would still dislike the rich.
Also there would just be a different "father of communism"

From this statement, you’re saying that no one hates the rich because of Karl Marx? Is that correct?

This is true, it’s even in the Bible but…

Also there would just be a different "father of communism"
So you’re agreeing that people within a capitalist society such as ours typically have communist/socialist ideals which fuels their hatred of the “rich.”

Karl Marx wasn’t even alive during the French Revolution and it was basically because it sucked to be poor.
Some of hating “the rich” is jealousy.
Some of it is believing it’s impossible to get rich without extraction of labor for less than it’s worth.
Some definitions of “rich” vary wildly from others. For example, compared to the proverbial “starving child in Africa”, everyone in America is rich beyond measure.
Personally, I believe there is a point it becomes “too much”. Taylor swift, bezos, et al. couldn’t spend all their money over the course of multiple lifetimes. When I think of “the rich”, I think of them. Everyone’s frame of reference is different.
