To some degree. I would think most parents would want productive children regardless of the status they were born into.
I dont hate on kids who get a step up and take advantage of it. But I still have more respect for those who work their way through.

Only morons don't take the effort to provide for their family. You should have less respect for the people who don't do this. There is nothing wrong with generational wealth.
