Ironically, I serve on a couple of national / international boards... One of them is all in on DEI and has been spending money on it left and right... Mostly guilt ridden northeasterners, westerners, and Canadians...
They just elected their new secretary which will be the president of the board in the next five years... Straight, white guy... I cannot wait to hear him tell the board that the board needs to be more diverse...
