Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t see Collins fitting in here.

I agree with you, but realistically, he could stick around this year and learn a bunch from a good QB coach as he's the #2 guy currently (maybe that changed after spring game) and transfer out to a smaller but better school after the season. If he goes now, his reps are limited OR he has to go to some really small Southern Ms type spot.

Some posters here love it when I say this about any player , but I don't see him ever starting a game for LSU unless multiple QBs get injured. He was definitely worth a scholarship as a potential backup, but IMO I have seen nothing in his short time at LSU to put him in the Nuss or Hurley category. And clearly if the rankings are correct, not in the Underwood category either.
