No doubt. Dancing on a kids grave after his true freshman season is a bad look. Sampson is one of the most athletically gifted receivers on the roster. Hope he hangs in there.

And why the comparison with Kyle Parker? They are different types of receivers. It's like comparing Nabers and BTJ...different styles/strengths.

Yep. Room for both. The only reason I could see Sampson having a tough time is the playbook and route running.

Parker was already technically prepared coming into lsu. He can play inside and out. Sampson is more of that outside x receiver so his opportunities will be less.

Nobody here is doing that, but he's in a bad spot if he can't get in the 2 deep.

I'd like to keep him. He's the only receiver we have with that height and reach, and even if he can't get on the field much this season, he could be important in the future.
