How many times does it have to be said, these are not new medications. They have been in use for over 20 years.
The side affects are well known and documented, very rarely are any of them severe.
Jeez, one minute this board is whining because people are fat, the next they bitch because people are finding ways to lose weight.

Fat people already get to coast through life by having the only societally acceptable addiction plus they have absolutely 0 expectations placed on them. Like people forgive them for smelling bad and breaking furniture
And now they get a whole branch of medicine just for them? Why can’t they invent a steroid that doesn’t make your hair fall out?
