My wife (no Pics) worked for the US Forest service and every year they had a fishing rodeo for kids on small lakes inside the Kisatchie Natl. Forest. If Ms. has something like this try calling and get some info on how they do this. They get the truck with catfish days before the event to get acclimated to the water.

Try to get bluecats if you can. They do not get hook shy if you put back a little one.
