Nope.
We pushed major inflationary policy following the 2009 Great Recession with QE/ZIRP, to prop up assets/wealth. This began years before Trump got into office. Trump did continue these policies, and while he burst the bubble with Covid spending, Biden did his own Covid spending.
The scary part is figuring out just when we started feeling Biden's spending, if we have felt it yet.
So GWB, Obama, Trump, and Biden all have fault in the matter, as well as their respective Treasury Secretaries and other finance-related appointed bureaucrats.

IMHO, POTUS Trump is a Big Spender, and he did spend big. He is definitely not what I would call a "fiscal conservative".
But, in his defense, IMHO, the USA will NEVER EVER have a true "Fiscal Conservative" political/spending policy regardless of which Party holds the Oval Office.
