For now it is, but with the changing dynamics with conference realignment, UConn could be left out in the cold if some sort of super conference emerges between the Big 10 & SEC.
Not saying Hurley should take the job because of that, just speculating that UConn’s bball future isn’t as secure as Kentucky’s is.

They clearly manage their money much better. They've even proven to be immune to all the conference realignment. Leaving UCONN for Kentucky would be stupid.
