This is how the whores act when you try to get a better deal.
They frame it as an expense instead of a deduction.

I anticipate the cost of private schools will increase by the average “scholarship” amount by the second year. Privatizing public services has never ever saved money. It always ends up costing taxpayers much more than predicted.
