It can be a "disease"

It's just a disease you give to yourself, despite knowing better not to, just like how I "gave" myself a urinary tract infection by sleeping with a girl who was nicknamed "Hatchet Face" when I was a freshman in college. I did that to myself.
I think that's what he's referring to, come to think of it, every single one of my aunts has hypothroidism, but they all gave it to themselves, weird. I gotta ask my mom why she didn't give it to herself too. Seemed pretty easy.
