Sorry to get so many people in my post to bickering with each other. It should not matter to anyone but I will give a little background to my situation just to clarify for all.
1. I spent 22 years in the military and was in the best shape of my life. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid Disease 8 months after I left the Military. I was gaining weight pretty fast and was not being lazy with fitness. My energy was pretty much gone so i went to see a doctor. Boom Hypothyroid disease. Since then, about 18 years ago I have struggled with weight. I do not eat almost any kind of sweets and my metabolism is damn near nil.
2. Like some of you have said, everyone's reason for gaining weigh or being overweight is not lazy driven. I still officiate high school football and high school baseball, and have for 15 years now.
I am just on this board trying to find some kind of way to get my health back and lose this weight without the pills or shots. I want to do it and make it permanent in my lifestyle. Thanks to all for the advice.
