Have a 23' P4X that I got in December of 22'. First piece of advice is to consult ClubFrontier for any insight. Very thorough group of enthusiasts over there, especially for anything negative re: the 3rd Gen iteration.
If you pull the trigger I recommend doing the breather mod on the rear diff. The stock one is a piece of shite and your seals will eventually blow if you keep it. It's not a question of IF but WHEN.
There was also a recent TSB for transmission software. Make sure you flash that as it helps with the cruise control, which causes the truck to hit high RPMs on the slightest amount of incline.
Lastly, budget a few bucks for new tires. The Hankook AT2s are garbage. Seriously, they're slicker than owl shite and have no traction - in my experience.
Those are the only negatives that I have, as an owner. The turning radius isn't an anomaly with these trucks. It's well known and definitely a shortcoming, but not a deal killer. The truck looks sharp and performs well. I'm happy with my purchase and I recommend it, if you're inclined. I bought the extended warranty and plan on keeping it for a long time.
