Empower school administrators to kick out kids with behavioral issues without fear of losing funding. Repeat offender kids will be forced into online virtual academy school only, Chromebook (security deposit) and monthly stipend for internet provided. Acknowledge that some kids will have to be left behind for public education to flourish. Fully fund pre-k 4 programs for all kids to get a head start. Stop teaching a curriculum that revolves around kids passing a standardized test. End the experiment of inclusive classrooms (separate special education kids that are disruptive).
