I think Krystal may be the trashiest. Though I do enjoy a Krystal when the time is right.
Mcdonald's may be the winner here. Filthy. There's nothing they do that stands out. Shake machine never works.

I find it hard to believe McDonalds is pretty much getting a pass in this thread. Trashiest customers, long drive through lines, awful employees, filthy inside, especially the bathrooms, flies in all the windows. I could go on and on.
