Malachi Flynn can come in for the worst team in the league, the Pistons, and throw up 50 points in a loss.

What’s the issue here?

The worst NBA franchise. Maybe the guy should be playing. And then they wouldn't be the worst NBA franchise.

Good for him

I don't see the problem. One of only a handful of players to get 50 points on 25 shots or fewer

Do you just complain about everything? Try to find the joy in a cool story like this. You'll be much happier.

Bruh, an average player got hot and shot the lights out. There’s examples of this in every sport. 3rd string pitchers throw random not hitters/perfect games. Bad QBs have random blow up games (remember Matt Flynn’s packers game?). This just happens in sports at times

Exactly

Just proves that there are probably 300-400 players in the league today that could’ve been as successful as MJ in the 90’s.

If he plays that kills their tank. In NBA teams tank 2-4 years to get high picks. So can’t play some players much else it hurts tank

It’s not my fault that players in the 2020’s are more skilled than ones in the 1990’s. It is what it is.

It may be your fault that you have a retarded take on what is considered skill between eras.
First of all, you can now run around just about as much as you want without putting the fricking ball to court to get your shot off. That alone negates any comparisons. This league isn’t bound by the confines of the rules of basketball, it’s not the same game.

do you know how good random fringe/backup guards and wings are in today's NBA? just about all of them can put up 35+ on a good night.

Is this a comment on traveling or the fact that offenses aren't stagnant iso street ball like the 90s?

You're shocked that an NBA player is good at basketball?

Malachi Flynn can score the ball and has been able to since his rookie year. I haven't kept up with him for a while but IIRC< his issue is defense.
