6-9k is a lot for a 1.2 acre lot. You’ll be mowing less than that after home is built. If you want new then you can’t go wrong with gravely HD, Badboy ZT elite (or a magnum or rambler would probably work just fine), or Exmark. See how close the service is for those brands and go from there.
