I admire your passion for...defining proximity to Ashley Ave in Charleston. Just a heads up though that that street runs all the way up the peninsula. It's just up the way from me.

And the fishing pier, the park, the baseball stadium, The Citadel and its football stadium, the marinas...we quite like it here. Where about on the peninsula are you? I assume we're not neighbors given your clear animosity toward all things west side, but you never know. Maybe we could meet at Salty Mike's for a pickleback shot sometime!
