Semi-serious question.. and pardon my ignorance since i am new to ladies basketball.. but if hypothetically one were a high level mens high school basketball player, but not quite good enough to earn a D1 scholarship.. could that individual undergo gender reassignment, enroll at LSU and make the team as a Lady Tiger ?? Im mainly wondering if you think that individual would hypothetically be good enough to make the team… Asking for a friend .
