I wouldn't say a bad matchup but probably one of the toughest on paper, UCLA had 6'7, 6'4, lots of five star talented guards on the perimeter who can go off. Its a very dangerous team who if Betts was not MIA middle of season because of some personal issues UCLA would have been a 1 seed. We beat a damn good team yesterday.

Iowa is a different animal but for different reasons. Beyond Clark they do not have the same caliber of players that can truly create and manufacture on their own. Much of their offense is because Clark is able to draw so much attention and give the rest of the team WIDE open looks. LSU will have a significant advantage in the paint and every LSU player 1 through 5 can create for themselves if needed. The key tomorrow is to not let Iowa's supporting cast go off and get lots of clean looks. You are not going to stop clark but if you limit what her supporting cast can do LSU will be in great shape.

I hope officiating tomorrow is decent. This isn't a pregame melt about officials but the officiating across WBB this past weekend was horrible. Too many games where refs were sending key players to the bench for phantom fouls and thats not fair to any of the teams

I have watched more women's college basketball recently with my daughters being interested now and following LSU and there has not been a truer statement on here. The officiating in the women's game is terrible. I think the refs they get are ones who can't cut it in NBA or men's game and last resort is women's. It's bad.

Facts

I feel like every single game the bigs are going to have 4 fouls in the 4th and play limited time.

Refs arent used to people consistently missing (sometimes contested) layups without there being contact
