Big Cat didn't have Portnoy type money yet at the time as all of the Penn money had not vested.

We can all love Trump, but in 2020 any dealings with Trump were pretty toxic. Big Cat was worried about all of the millions he was set to get from the Penn deal.

It's Portnoy's company and all, but Barstool does not rise to the level it is at without Big Cat. He probably should at least have gotten a courtesy heads up that the interview was happening so he could gather his thoughts and be on the same page as everyone.

It was a bitch move to cry about Portnoy not asking serious questions and then contradict himself next statement and say Barstool doesn't take itself too seriously and all about fun.
