When a bunch of posters are telling you everyone they know that works at Disney is normal

There are definitely weirdos, and lots of them, but that's true of any place that is hiring the amount of people needed to keep the business running especially at the wages they pay most of them.

Certainly, and I'd bet the number of weirdos that work at Disney is probably a bit higher than some other companies.

But most people who haven't been broken by politics know that overall, the number of absolute weirdos, even at Disney, is going to be low and they'll have 1000s of pretty normal folks that work there. But some folks are so far gone and out of touch with reality, they will literally tell you, like in this thread, that EVERY single person who works for Disney is a weirdo or pedo.

It's absolutely impossible to live in Orlando for what they pay, and the biggest problem with that is they are the largest landowners in the area. They could easily fix the problem.

Instead, they'd rather keep their "college program" going so they can keep a steady stream of virtual slave labor flowing through there every few months.
