Defensively yes. Offensive no.
The point of 3 on 3 is to move without the ball and have more space to operate.
She's never seen opponents with the size and speed of these 40 year old retired NBA players closing on her.
You can giver her all the space in the world to operate, she's not scoring. They can play up as close to her as possible, and if she goes by them, they'll have size and speed to easily be able to recover.
