re: Insurance- how long to make a decision of a wrecked vehicle is totaled?

Just went through this, although not this bad. Didn’t really see movement until we got an attorney involved. Even so we were at about 50 days when they decided to total it, and about 70 when we finally agreed on the value. Finally got the payment at the 90 day mark. Ours was a bit more complicated as it was a full size van with a wheelchair lift and other mods and harder to value.
