Overcrowding CAN be an issue in successful high growth districts, but there are PLENTY of ways to deal with that. One of them is to build new schools paid for with the property tax dollars from all those new homes.
Also, for this statement to really be "true" it would need to be coming from the public school leaders. However, the public school leaders are blasting this plan.
That's a bit disturbing; they are saying there's a fire, which may be true, but the good districts may be ready to handle it.
