They're based in Singapore. Honestly wtf does diversity mean out there? Less white males or less asian people? This is a serious question.
Also if you have any experience in shipping you know that natural diversity is commonplace, IE naturally attracting crews and people from all over the world. You don't have to fake it with a DEI initiative. There's not a lot of Frank and Joe Hardy types in shipping other than the US Navy. This is no longer the age of the British Empire owning all the ships.

Imagine seeing a ship lose power, take out a bridge, and instantly blaming it on the fact that there are brown people and women operating it.
