re: How would reparations work for someone born after reparations are paid out?

We just need to include in the calculations:

Welfare Paid
Food Stamps Paid
WIC Paid
Medicare Paid
Highly inflated government salaries Paid

Then ask them where they want us to send the bill for the balance due.
