Verbal words continued after he punched someone in the head. I would think think the continuation of events make that first punch relevant. I’ll let an attorney chime in there.
The biggest thing for me is only one person threw punches, Repath. Only one person ever started physical encounters, Repath (missing with your punch to me still counts as starting the physical event)

For sure. I'm definitely not trying to be a lawyer. More so just trying to muddy the waters even more.
