I'm sure Repath's lawyer will try to keep the footage of him sneaking a guy away from the court. It had nothing to do with Marsiglia.
If the video truly shows Repath backing up then swinging then backing up again, it's going to get murky. Marsiglia will seem the aggressor. If he had just let Repath leave, like it appears Repath was trying to do if he was backing up, none of this happens. I'm sure Repath's friends will say that they were trying to get him out of there.

Verbal words continued after he punched someone in the head. I would think think the continuation of events make that first punch relevant. I’ll let an attorney chime in there.
The biggest thing for me is only one person threw punches, Repath. Only one person ever started physical encounters, Repath (missing with your punch to me still counts as starting the physical event)

Repath guy is dead. He doesn’t have or will have any use for a lawyer.
