You have repath punching someone in the back of the head
You also have repath swinging first at MM outside the bar
The only aggressive act you can say of MM is he “was walking out the bar” in Repaths direction
Good luck to the state proving beyond all reasonable doubt self defense of simply pushing repath doesn’t exist to all jurors

We need to check the tape here but I think 150ft is way overestimating. Sounds like he is more between the door/exit and the lot, where people would wait to get in/check IDs. I believe it is a tent night so that line is pretty blurred

I'm sure Repath's lawyer will try to keep the footage of him sneaking a guy away from the court. It had nothing to do with Marsiglia.
If the video truly shows Repath backing up then swinging then backing up again, it's going to get murky. Marsiglia will seem the aggressor. If he had just let Repath leave, like it appears Repath was trying to do if he was backing up, none of this happens. I'm sure Repath's friends will say that they were trying to get him out of there.
