Out of privacy to the family I won't mention names or too much details as this could become a.criminal investigation but it was a fight outside Fred's for some unknown by me reason and either he fell and hit his head or was kicked in the head.

Kicking/stomping someone in the head while they’re on the ground really should be grounds for attempted murder.
Someone getting knocked out and landing wrong on their head is trickier.
I was wrapping out a show at Fred’s forever ago and watched some dude run full speed, jump on the picnic table, then kick another dude in the head that was already passed out with his head down. They weren’t even fighting, he was just out drunk. The assailant is probably some wealthy politician now.

Well yeah I gathered all of that but was curious for the name of those involved and more backstory into why a fight happened
