Went to my first baseball game of the season last night at the Box. Great to see the Tigers play so well.

I was embarrassed at the tattered conditions of the Championship flags in front of the stadium. Has anyone else noticed? As much attention to detail that is given to this program, why can’t we put up some flags that aren’t worn out? It’s disrespectful to the teams that earned those banners and to the fans that support the program.

We’re more worried about flags outside of the stadium than the baseball being played inside it

It's a minor gripe but you are correct. Laziness from the facilities people at LSU.

Now in their defense, those flags take an absolute beating in that location but there is zero reason not to have a box full of each of them and replace them when necessary.

One of the first things I was told when running a business is always make sure the flags are in good condition at all times.

Avast, storms are a brewing at the high seas matee, which is the reason for the tattered Jolly Roger

Most likely caused by a combination of wind and sun.

It does look sloppy, i noticed and thought it was an odd thing they couldn't just have a couple of sets of each flag and put up new ones

They looks worn badly

It’s the little things that lead to big things. It’s called attention to detail. It’s easy to take care of the little things. It’s also a sign you have pride in your product.

Woodward has LSU athletics operating at a deficit. Can’t afford new flags.

Go give them some money to buy new ones if it causes you so much discomfort.

They have new flags. Not exactly sure why they haven’t been installed yet. They were supposed to be up for this series.
