Did you read the next sentence? Clearly explained. The left has been pushing this population explosion since the 60's but I have read of some writing about it in the early 20th century.
How is Europe and the West the problem with falling birthrates? They are not.
Those concerned with overpopulation are not too concerned about 3rd world countries overpopulating. Why is that?
