If the bartender doesn't often make virgin daiquiris it can be a simple mistake of something he is just used of doing. The kid tasted it, brought it back and they confirmed it did have alcohol.

After he goes back to the table and informs his parents then they take him to the hospital? Really? And his diagnosis sounds more like what happened than an actual diagnosis.

Thats people looking for money. Its actually sad how that comes to people's mind so quick. If I were in that situation as a parent the idea of suing over that wouldn't even come to mind. Bartender made a mistake, it was corrected.. Move on..
