ATF officials serving a search warrant at the home of Little Rock national airport executive director Bryan Malinowski exchanged gunfire with ATF officers and he was shot in the head. He died earlier today from his injuries

“The ATF should have never raided him like they did. You don’t send a whole group of people with high armed weapons like they did at 6:00 in the morning,” Matt Malinowski said. “Arrest him at work! He goes to work every day. He’s a very public figure.”

Word on the OT thread is that he was doing some really bad things with confiscated guns and allowing certain folks to pass through without any scrutiny.

This may be a legit case

Generally firing at LEOs serving a search warrant ends badly for the shooter.

You can’t have an armed Government raid without the name “Clinton” being involved.

They could have just arrested him at work or in the evening when he was arriving at his house.

These early morning raids are Gestapo tactics.

Federal officials said that Malinowski shot first from inside the home, at which point agents returned fire, hitting Malinowski multiple times.

This seems like an important point, if true, that many are missing.

If someone kicks in my door at O dark thirty they will be met by 5 rounds of 00 buckshot. In this day you can't be certain that a guy with a gun and a badge is real.

Before long illegals will start using this as a tactic. Book it!

If he's just a good, clean executive, why is he shooting agents?

As usual, federal agents showed up and executed him. Worthless people. Defund and disband them.

This is most likely just poorly written but did Malinowski fire a weapon?

So my father worked with this man during his career.

The story he was told by family is he stockpiled 1000’s of firearms with the correct licenses.

A firearm he sold had a serial number and was used In a Murder. The ATF were able to see it based on images he posted from his sales.

He didn’t appreciate the ATF trying to siege his property and a fire fight broke out.

I have not checked out this thread at all to know if it has been discussed but while I think the ATF is completely fraudulent, and waste of resources, opening fire on officers is a good way to lose your life

I seriously hope every ATF thug develops aggressive pancreatic cancer.

Although, can a cancer get cancer?
