I would for a while. I would use the money to build the house we are getting ready to build. Pay off any debt I have left. Fix up my old house to sell. After that I would work for a few more years to put some more money up for retirement. That way once I retire, I could live with no worries at all and still be able to leave something nice for my kids.

would buy into the company I presently work for. agree to hire and train someone to replace me. while allowing that $5M to double (or close to it). then, have money not only for toys/trips/etc. for me, but have enough to be sure family and friends can enjoy it with me...when I feel like having others around.
