I’ve heard people say this but I’ve bought several at once. 3-4 shotguns and an entire pallet of 40 cases of shells for the farm on one day once and never had an ATF agent visit. Another time I bought an AR-15, a 9mm handgun, defense tactical shotgun and a 9mm CZ Scorpoin with 500 rds of .223 and .500 rds of 9mm in one day. No problems
