razorbroncs is a pretty solid source when it comes to information like this.

I don’t care how good a source he is. He doesn’t know what the dead man knew, and THAT we will never find out because the shitheads shot him. Why is it necessary to kick down a man’s door in the middle of the night? Just arrest him when he routinely goes to work.

Then you'd be saying all the "evidence" had been planted.

Maybe, that’s not my typical style, but the man would be alive with a chance to defend himself.

You are just excusing the tyrannical law enforcement regime that has developed, in which they almost randomly kick down doors and start shooting people - even people who are completely innocent of anything at all.

I get it if it’s KSM or Osama Bin Laden, but citizens suspected of crimes should be arrested in an orderly fashion, not through pell-mell attacks on their homes.

Because they're normally sleeping. Why would you try to bring him in when is awake and able to see you coming?

Really is that what you took from my post? I guess I've been lucky, my door has never randomly be kicked down?

Has anyone else here randomly had their door kicked in from no knock warrant by a tyrannical government?

All he had to do was surrender and have his day in court.
