Pelosi is irrelevant to this conversation. Trump did not need her to say yea or nay . Bowser is not however.It could be that everyone is looking in the wrong place. DC guard strength is max 2500 -3000 . So who makes up the remainder? Was there a request to the Governor of Maryland ?Because he would probably make up the rest.

The mayor of DC has to approve ng being used in the city. PELOSI has to approve of ng being used on the capital grounds. She is very relevant.
