How are foreign judgments collected in Florida every day?

I would expect a war on domesticating this particular judgment, but the process is straightforward.

Actually I doubt she will do that.

If trump wins on appeal h he would sue the state on New York into oblivion.

Not only the money he is owed back but damages and such would be massive.

My guess is new York was hoping Trump would pay the bond. Since he didn't I would suppose they would make a special dispensation.

Because I suspect the don't expect to win on appeal. And they would get hurt badly if they seized properties.

But democrats are democrats so who knows.

There's gonna be some paperwork in Florida that may be lost in a tragic boating accident.

No, but there is a size limitation. If MAL is within the Palm Springs city limits, then he can only exempt up to half an acre on top of the building.

Oh I bet Mar-a-logo will magically be worth $10 billion dollars soon when this happens (instead of $18million like they claimed before)

Florida has a "homestead exemption" law that protects your home from creditors. There is no monetary limit on the exemption.

Yea I heard years ago, New York mobsters used that Florida homestead exemption to protect their assets and set up winter residences in the Miami area.
