Superica in Atlanta, although it's tex-mex.
Growing up all we had was the cheap/southern/strip mall type Mexican (I assume this exists in Louisiana). My wife, a Texan oddly enough, loves that stuff, but I don't. As with BBQ, GA Mexican has become heavily Texas-influenced in the last decade.
