For about 10 years ours was Carretta's in Metairie. The kids were little when we started going there and it worked well for us as out go to spot when we took them out to eat.
My wife and I could get margeritas and the food would always come out super quick.
One of the waitresses had stayed there for 7 years or so and she always was so nice to the kids.
Food isn't great, but we will always have fond memories of that.
When my wife and I first started dating, we would do happy hours at a chi chis by us.
