It will be interesting to see what happens to Wade.
He didn’t have to coach much this year; they were just physically better than their conference opponents.
Will he get another job in a top tier conference if he has a few good years at McNeese? If he’s one of the “best young coaches” in the game, as some on this forum claim, then he likely will.
I just think it will be interesting to see what college athletic directors think of him, his potential, and any baggage that comes with him, compared to what the pro-Wade and anti-Wade LSU fans think.

Such a loser take.

It’s year 1. He brought in a brand new team. They had to learn how to play his system and play together with brand new team mates. Look at LSU women’s basketball team, how long has it taken for them to learn how to play together?

But sure, Will Wade just rolled out a ball and sat back on the bench scrolling tigerdroppings on his phone. Just like he didn’t do any coaching while winning the SEC at LSU in 2019 and being a tip in away from winning the SECT in 2021.
