They are pretty common, but harder to find doing the day since they blend in so well. At night they tend to just curl up and hang out in the trees and are easier to spot - they almost glow in the light or their yellow bellies stand out amongst the green if they are higher up. I tend to find them more along the water, and generally the places I find them, there are plenty of them.
