I’ll put it this way my seine crew sinks the boat at least once every few weeks and the Tohatsu 40 goes under.
I just pull the plugs and dry them and take the intake manifold off and blow the water out of the cylinders. Put it together and have it running in a hour. They’re indestructible

Well, hearing that's what you use at the farm and they keep on ticking is quite a testament! I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on it.

That's old Evinrude Johnson, 9.5 hp motor tough. Can't tell you how many times we ran our Evinrude hot or forgot to put oil in tank. Engine froze, pulled plugs dried and or oiled cylinders with WD-40 pulled it and it cranked back up no problem.

This is the man you should be listening too. A commercial operator is more knowledgeable and concerned more about reliability.
