Fortunately my seats near the bullpen (since the 1990's) provide a better view of the bullpen catcher than seats behind home plate where fans can only see the back of the catcher.
Ryan Lovato and fellow student equipment manager Paul Loup handle most of the in game bullpen catching duties. Lovato is the shorter of the two so I assume the OP was asking about him.
There are pictures of him in these links below, some with his LSU cage top and catching gear on taken in RF near the home bullpen. You can also find both of them pictured and listed in the gameday programs on the baseball staff page.
