Many times.

A. When I was ~25 and driving a borrowed Cadillac through a rough area of town I made an illegal left and was pulled over very fast. They implied it looked like I was a kid in the area to make a buy and I had to explain I had a sales job in the area. They thought the only reason a 25yo Yuppie in a luxury car was lost or buying for the weekend's party.

B. As a teen driver in a quiet mostly white town, the cops thought most young men were up to something and kept an eye on us and wrote tickets easily. They weren't wrong as we were always driving fast with a case of beer in the trunk and/or teepeeing someone's house. I got pulled over a lot when I was going 10 over. The questions weren't about going ten over.

C. One day the weather was bad and I was supposed to fly Dallas-chicago. I paid walkup fare for the train. Evidently a young man paying walkup fare last minute is a mule flag, and they were waiting for me outside my room when i came back from the can. They asked a bunch of pointed questions. After a minute I said "hey just look in the room guys". They looked in, saw my bag full of dirty clothes after a long business trip, and gave up quickly. Little did they know they found the kingpin of smuggling wrinkled brooks brothers shirts...
