I'm saying if Barbe/LC public school system had some rule in place regarding bringing a weapon to school, and summary judgment were an option, they would just file one to get this thing dismissed. His intent wouldn't matter. Or maybe even just a straight forward exception.

I'll read it today. At this point it's probably best for Victorian to cut his losses. There's no point in even spending the filing fees on this. He's (likely) not playing Division 1 baseball regardless, and MLB scouts wouldn't care that about some rescinded expulsion based on a due process technicality. Maybe his attorney is angling for a position with his team down the road?
