BLM completely missed the boat with how they approached this issue. If they had pushed the fact police are more and more becoming revenue generators that trample on civil rights instead of making it a race thing we'd all be better off.

I agree. It’s an issue for everyone but some of them were loudly sprinkling in anti-white crap and it turned many people off. Like, the fact that openly using slurs against whites (they even made up some new ones like mayo jar and powder people lol) was accepted within the movement, along with destroying businesses of people who had nothing to do with it caused more problems than it helped.

they focus on harassing and generating revenue from law abiding citizens (get your inspection sticker, don’t let insurance lapse, pee in public while drunk and be arrested and register as a sec offender, don’t have some weed in your pocket or pay the price, etc)

meanwhile not allowed to proactively patrol and stop violent crimes, illegals can drive trucks with fake plates and no insurance and be let go with nothing, homeless people can shoot drugs and shite wherever they want and no repercussions because they won’t show up for court or have any consequences anyway

this causes such a breakdown of societal code and leads to feelings you have in the OP…we have less cops, the cops we do have are less qualified, and they have no support from either side because politicians and the media has turned minorities against them and law abiding citizens feel harassed and think it’s a double standard

we all lose and it’s a downward spiral that can’t be reversed IMO
